How life changes... in only a few weeks.

I can't remember a time before this when you could have asked me, and pretty much every day I could tell you of a way God had answered (specific!) prayers from that day - and sometimes even the things I didn't pray about but really should have, and clearly didn't happen by chance (and we are told that the Spirit intercedes for us, for things we really need, so clearly there's God just being awesome).

I read a whole book in less than twenty-four hours, starting this time last night - and I finished this morning. I haven't done that in quite a while. There was a while, when all I did during the day was read, and write a little, but primarily read. And sure, this was a fun little book - a Meg Cabot - but it was so refreshing to just get out of my own head for a while. You know, it was on hold, and I wasn't going to pick it up - I was going to wait until the weekend was out. But something urged me to just hurry in before the library closed on the way to meet my friends at the mall. And I am so glad I did.

Little things like that have been making my day, every day lately. Or big things - like being in the right place at the right time and getting a car we could actually afford.
